The staff and the room was great. I only comment here in a few things I think should have been in the room and the things I didn't like, but they should easily fix.

Lovely property. Pool was great. Restaurant “the tavern was ok”. The happy hour was only 4 mixed drinks. A Chardonnay was 17.50 without tip. It’s independently run and you cannot charge to room. So run upstairs get card or cash come back for drink .. that should be more upfront at checkin to avoid slow elevators once at pool. (Or add to welcome handout information. ). Front desk friendly and checkin was easy. If mattresses were fixed I’d highly recommend hotel.

Location was great! -- So close to the beach. The area felt safe and the property was well maintained. The decor was cute- a true small boutique hotel feel.

The hotel was beautiful, super clean, staff was great, the location was great to go to the beach, bunch of hotels around, and some restaurants, a cvs within walk in distance, a little super market, I discovered on my second day

Great location, near the bus stop and public parking! Less than 100 meters from the beach! The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a good-sized bathroom.

The Hotel Croyden was an amazing value! I was actually shocked by how excellent the service and facilities were for the cost. The location, staff, rooms, restaurant were all outstanding.

The staff was excellent from the check in to the check out. The location is excellent. As long as Mister Carlos Lozano is working there; this is my first and only choice to go to Miami. The hotel is outstanding. Nice staff (Gaby the réceptionnist is very helpful and kind) , Nice location and nice services.

The location is great, a 2 or 3 minute walk to the beach. The room was a good size with 2 double beds. The room was clean and had an empty mini-fridge, good for storing food. Theres a nice Italian restaurant and CVS just up the road.

I have stayed at the hotel on multiple occasions while visiting Miami. They always have an amazing price, the most comfortable beds, great customer service. Love the cucumber water in the lobby after a day in the sun. Location is great, right across from the beach. They supply good quality shampoo/ conditioner unlike many other hotels. Roof top is nice to watch the sun set and Happy hour is a plus!

The atmosphere, the staff and the location was excellent for a night before a cruise. You got to visit the beach and Ocean Drive. Located close enough from the airport and port.

I liked the free happy hour. The room was clean and modern. Bed was comfy. Smart tv. I guess a good location sorta. Some staff were really lovely. There was a really nice bar tender at the tavern who looked like a Blink 182 Fan... Someone P!NK would date. He was so lovely. All the male staff were friendly actually.
